Bihar man posing as Ajit Doval's covert agent arrested

A man in Bihar, India, pretended to be a very important government officer.

Sometimes he said he was an IAS officer, and other times he claimed to be a secret agent working for India's top security adviser, Ajit Doval.

He would call government workers and say he could make their corruption problems disappear if they paid him.

He also took money from people who wanted government jobs, and promised to make criminal cases go away for cash.

After getting a tip, the police searched his big house for eight hours.

Inside, they found a mansion with a swimming pool, a private movie theatre, and more than 25 security cameras.

They also found very expensive things, like a Tesla car with 'Government of India' signs on it, lots of phones, and many bottles of imported drinks.

Police say everything he owns is worth more than 100 crore rupees, which is an enormous amount of money.

He is now in jail and will face charges in court.
