New Park Hotel approved for EM Bypass
The Park Hotels is building a new hotel in Kolkata on EM Bypass.
The city government has approved the plan.
The hotel will have 250 rooms, 70-100 serviced apartments, and many fun places like restaurants, nightclubs, and a rooftop pool.
It will also have a place for air taxis to land.
The hotel group thinks Kolkata needs more good hotels and this new one will be trendy and cool.
They will start building in 2026 and finish by 2029.
The hotel group already has other hotels in Kolkata and plans to open many more across India in the next five years.
The Park Hotels will build a new hotel in Kolkata on EM Bypass, approved by KMC.
