FICCI Launches Healthcare Panel on AI-Enabled Digital Transformation in India
A group of business and healthcare experts in India met to talk about how computers and artificial intelligence, called AI, can help doctors and hospitals work better.
They started a new group called the FICCI Telangana Healthcare Panel that will give advice to the state government.
The meeting took place in Hyderabad, a big city in India, at a hotel called Vivanta by Taj.

Dr. Avinash Pandey said digital health remains organised around institutions rather than patients, citing NABH data showing accredited hospitals achieved an average 30% reduction in patient waiting times.
Satya Sai Prasad B V cautioned against private equity dictating terms to doctors and urged the government to treat healthcare spending as an investment in growth.
