Tatipudi stood at 278 feet against a full reservoir level of 297 feet on Thursday.
Meghadrigedda, Mudasarlova, Gambheeram and Gosthani stood at 49, 160, 123 and 31 feet, respectively, against full levels of 61, 168, 126 and 35 feet.
Mudasarlova rose after runoff from the Kambalakonda Hills, but residents alleged development had blocked natural drainage channels from the Simhachalam Hills.
Visakhapatnam recorded 41 cm of rain between 8:30 a.m. on September 21 and September 24, the highest total in the district.
