Colgate-Palmolive India Names Manish Anandani As New CEO
Colgate-Palmolive India is changing its top leader.
Manish Anandani will become the company’s new Managing Director and CEO.
Prabha Narasimhan will leave that position on September 27, 2026.
She is moving to a larger marketing role for the Asia-Pacific region.
Narasimhan will also stop being a director of the company.
She will leave three board committees at the same time.
These committees cover stakeholder relations, environmental and social responsibility, and risk management.
She thanked the board and leadership team for supporting her.
Manish Anandani will succeed Prabha Narasimhan as Managing Director and CEO of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited.
Prabha Narasimhan will resign from the role effective close of business on September 27, 2026.
Narasimhan is being promoted to Executive Vice President-Marketing for Colgate-Palmolive’s Asia-Pacific Division.
She will also cease to be a company director and leave three board committees on that date.
Narasimhan thanked the board and leadership team for their support during her tenure.
