Supreme Court dismisses last pending appeal in Bofors cases
A very long time ago, there was a big court case in India called the Bofors scam.
It was about a Swedish company called Bofors that makes weapons, and some important business people called the Hinduja brothers.
In 2004, a court in Delhi said the Hinduja brothers and the Bofors company did not have to face the case anymore.
A lawyer named Ajay K Agrawal did not agree with that decision.
He asked the Supreme Court of India to look at the case again, filing his plea in September 2005.
Many years went by.
Finally, the Supreme Court said there was nothing left to decide.
The judges asked why the case was still going on after so many years.
They dismissed the last appeal, which puts an end to the Bofors court cases.
