Over 1.03 Lakh Ganesh Idols Immersed Across Cyberabad So Far
Many Ganesh idols have been placed in water across Cyberabad during the festival.
By September 23, 2026, more than 103,000 idols had been immersed.
More people are expected to take part on Thursday and Friday.
The municipal corporation has prepared special immersion locations.
It has provided cranes, lights, cleaning services and safety help.
Workers are also collecting flowers separately.
The flowers will be turned into useful items such as incense sticks and diyas.
Officials are asking devotees to plan their routes and follow staff instructions.
A total of 1,03,149 Ganesh idols had been immersed across Cyberabad as of September 23, 2026.
More immersions are expected on Thursday and Friday during the festival’s final phase.
The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation has arranged cranes, lighting, sanitation, waste management and safety support at designated immersion points.
Flower waste is being collected separately, dried and processed into incense sticks, dhoops and diyas.
Officials are coordinating with police and traffic authorities while monitoring activities through a control room.
