DN Solutions Opens Rs 600-Crore Devanahalli Manufacturing Facility
DN Solutions has opened a large new factory and research center in Devanahalli.
The project cost Rs 600 crore.
Industries Minister M.B. Patil officially opened it on Wednesday.
The factory makes machine tools, and the site also includes research and development facilities.
Both parts were built in the same location.
Patil said Karnataka produces 52% of India’s machine tools.
He said this was an important reason DN Solutions chose Karnataka.
The State also plans to create an industrial park for Korean companies.
The new park will be modeled on the Japan Tools Industrial Park near Tumakuru.
