It has approved ₹380 crore as the first payment for projects in Lucknow, Unnao and Rae Bareli.

The government can provide up to half of certain land-acquisition costs as seed capital.

This support can be available for as long as 20 years.

The state has also set aside ₹3,500 crore for new-city development in 2026–27.
