MB&F’s Diamond-Set SP One Preserves Its Quiet Sculptural Character
MB&F made a smaller, dressier watch called the SP One in 2025.
One year later, it released a version covered with 255 diamonds.
The watch is made from white gold and is about 38 millimetres wide.
Its special parts appear to float under a clear sapphire dome.
The movement must be wound by hand and can run for 72 hours.
It shows only the hours and minutes.
The diamonds are arranged so the watch still looks like a sculpture instead of only jewellery.
It costs $104,000 and is not officially limited.
The SP One Pavée uses a 38mm white-gold case set with 255 diamonds.
The diamonds total 1.608 carats and are distributed across the case, flange, crown, and buckle.
Its unchanged hand-wound movement has 189 components and provides 72 hours of power reserve.
The watch displays only hours and minutes through an inclined dial beneath a sapphire dome.
Priced at $104,000, the model is not officially limited but may be difficult to obtain.
