Toyota is preparing a facelift, or updated version, of the Innova Hycross in India.

Patent pictures give an early idea of how the front may look.

The new front could be squarer and more like Toyota’s Hilux pickup truck.

It may also have slimmer headlights and black diamond-shaped sections for fog lamps.

Changes at the back are expected to be smaller.

The car could receive new tail-light designs, wheels and exterior colours.

Inside, it may get a larger touchscreen and some extra features.

Toyota is expected to keep the current petrol and hybrid engine choices.
