YSRC Supporters Join Ruling Telugu Desam in Nellore District
About 200 families in Nellore district said they were leaving the YSR Congress and joining the Telugu Desam party.
They said government development projects and welfare programmes influenced their decision.
Some families travelled in a motorcycle rally to meet Sarvepalli MLA Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy.
He welcomed them and said they would be treated like other party members.
