The Indian government is planning a programme called “One Day, One University.”

Under the plan, one Union minister would visit a university each day.

The minister would talk with students and listen to their concerns.

Ministers would also discuss national issues and explain government schemes for young people.

The plan was discussed by the Union Cabinet, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

It follows student protests about the NEET paper leak and other education concerns.

The government is also encouraging ministers to use Instagram, reels and other social media.

Pralhad Joshi and Mansukh Mandaviya would help organise the visits.
