Parth Pawar-linked firm's tax appeal sent to top official

A company called Amadea Enterprises is in trouble over a piece of land in Mundhwa.

The government says the company must pay about 21 crore rupees in tax, plus extra money called interest.

The company disagrees and wants to appeal against the order.

First, it asked an office in Pune to review the decision, but that office said no.

So the company took its case to the state government of Maharashtra.

A minister named Chandrashekhar Bawankule is the person who gets such appeals.

But this company is connected to a politician named Parth Pawar, who is a member of Parliament.

The minister was worried that if he decided the case himself, people might think he was biased because of politics.

So he sent the appeal to another top official named Radhika Rastogi to handle it.

That official will now give a decision soon.
