Police arrested 27-year-old Mukhtar alias Guddu Hussain Shafaqatali Shaikh, a resident of Akkalkot in Solapur district.
Police allege the ganja came from Odisha and are investigating the suspected involvement of Bhiwandi resident Sameer Ansari and others.
