HMDA Plot Auctions Draw Strong Demand Across Hyderabad Layouts
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority held two online auctions for residential plots.
One auction was held at Inmulnarva Layout.
Another covered the Mokila and Bachupally layouts.
Buyers purchased 20 plots at Inmulnarva for about ₹6.57 crore.
They bought 32 plots in Mokila and 25 in Bachupally.
Mokila plots had an average bid of ₹63,511 per square yard.
Bachupally plots had an average bid of ₹51,991 per square yard.
The results showed strong interest from homebuyers and investors.
HMDA auctioned residential plots in Inmulnarva, Mokila and Bachupally layouts on Wednesday and Thursday.
The Inmulnarva auction offered 60 plots, with 20 sold for approximately ₹6.57 crore.
Inmulnarva recorded a highest bid of ₹21,000 and a weighted average of ₹16,725 per square yard.
The Mokila and Bachupally auction offered 70 plots, with 57 sold and combined revenue of about ₹101.51 crore.
Mokila’s highest bid was ₹87,500 per square yard, while Bachupally’s highest bid reached ₹67,500 per square yard.
