BMC Hosts Rakhi Sale Supporting Women and Divyang Students
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation is arranging a special Raksha Bandhan market.
People can buy rakhis and other handmade items there.

Divyang students from BMC special schools made some of the rakhis.
The event will happen at the BMC Headquarters on August 24, 2026.
It will also happen at other BMC offices on August 24 and 25.
The market gives women a chance to sell their work and earn money.

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation will host a Raksha Bandhan exhibition and sale of handmade rakhis.
