The Cotton Corporation of India is holding an event in Hyderabad during Reform Utsav 2026.

It will show how digital tools are being used to make buying cotton from farmers more transparent.

Farmers can use the Kapas Kisan platform to register, book a time to sell cotton and receive payments.

The event will also explain ways to improve cotton quality and grow more cotton.

Farmers and other guests will be able to share their views.

The Central Silk Board will also show how digital services can make silk-related work easier.

Its other projects include teaching farmers about sericulture and showing visitors how silk is made.

Some silk tourism hubs are being developed in Jammu and Kashmir and Assam.
