Assam Man Survives 4 Days on Hill After Nepal Flood
Pankaj Barman from Assam was working at a power station in Nepal when a big flood happened.
The water came very fast, and he and his friends had to run to a mountain to stay safe.
They were stuck there for four days with only water and biscuits to eat.
Finally, rescuers found them and took them to a hotel in Kathmandu.
Pankaj is now back home, but he is sad because one of his friends is still missing.
The Chief Minister of Assam helped him come back home.
Pankaj Barman from Assam survived four days stranded on a mountain in Nepal after a flash flood.
He and his colleagues fled to higher ground as floodwater and mud swept through the power station.
They were rescued by Nepali rescuers and brought to Kathmandu, where they were kept in a hotel.
Pankaj returned to Assam with the help of the state government, but one of his colleagues remains missing.
Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma spoke to Barman and assisted in his return.
