Centella Mauritius Holdings was reported likely to sell a 7.2% stake at a floor price of Rs 766.1 per share.
RailTel order
Received a Rs 166.8 crore work order from the Employees & Provident Fund Organisation.
Atlanta Electricals order
Received a Rs 193.92 crore APTRANSCO letter of intent for 12 autotransformers.
Exide investment
Invested Rs 200 crore in Exide Energy Solutions, taking total investment to Rs 5,102.23 crore without changing its shareholding percentage.
Hindustan Zinc renewable power
Renewable power accounted for 22% of consumption, up from approximately 18% in FY26; the company is targeting 70% by FY28.
