Shiprockets IPO to open on August 12 · thehansindia.com

Shiprocket is a company that wants to sell small pieces of itself, called shares, to the public for the first time.

This is called an initial public offering, or IPO.

Shiprocket has decided that each share will cost between 92 and 97 rupees, and each share has a face value of 10 rupees.

People can start bidding for the shares on August 12, 2026, and big investors get to bid one day earlier, on August 11.

You need to buy at least 154 shares at a time.

The company hopes to raise up to about 16,174 million rupees from the sale.

The money will be used to grow its business, improve its technology, pay back some loans, and maybe buy other companies.

After the sale, the shares will be traded on two big stock exchanges in India: the BSE and the NSE.

Investors must place their bids through a blocked-amount account or the UPI system, which keeps the process safe.
