Sri City marks 18th raising day with blood donation drive
Sri City is a big business city in India where many factories are located.
It recently turned 18 years old, like a big birthday.
To celebrate, workers and employees held a blood donation camp.
Blood donation helps save lives of people who are sick or hurt.
The camp was organized by the Sri City Foundation and the NTR Trust.
Many workers from different factories joined in to help.
At the same time, the Andhra Pradesh government gave more than 2,000 new acres of land to Sri City.
This new land will be used to build more factories.

Sri City celebrated its 18th Raising Day on Saturday with a large voluntary blood donation camp organized by the Sri City Foundation in collaboration with the Tirupati-based NTR Trust.
Industrial workers and corporate employees from major units including Axxelent Pharma, TIL Healthcare, NGC, THK, and Rockworth participated in the drive.
The Andhra Pradesh government has allocated more than 2,000 additional acres for Sri City's expansion.
Local leaders said the land addition will solidify Sri City's position as a premier national manufacturing hub and generate thousands of local jobs.
Sri City officials said the township balances competitive industrial standards with social inclusion and environmental care as a model for 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' (Self-Reliant India).
