The business initially focused on 21 organic, non-GMO, pesticide-free microgreens varieties.
Its current 500-square-foot facility has about 60 racks and can produce 12,000 trays monthly.
Greenu Microgreens reportedly earns around Rs 12 lakh monthly, or Rs 1.44 crore annually, and trains aspiring growers.
