Sikkim Arts and Literature Festival Returns to Gangtok October 28
Sikkim is holding the second edition of its arts and literature festival.
It will happen in Gangtok from October 28 to 30.
The festival will bring together writers, poets, artists and other cultural practitioners.
They will talk about identity, memories, landscapes and life in the Himalayan region.
There will also be poetry performances and conversations.
Children and other visitors can join workshops.
