Jalgaon Sees Decline in Farmer Suicides

In Jalgaon district, the number of farmer suicides has gone down this year.

Over the past 25 years, 2,783 farmers have died by suicide.

The district administration says this improvement is because of government support schemes.

However, some areas still have high numbers of suicides, and officials are worried about this.

They plan to study the reasons and find ways to help more farmers.
