The network allegedly moved gold from the Indo-Bangladesh border through courier consignments to Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad.
Searches and interceptions took place in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Guwahati.
Investigators estimate the network transported nearly 318 kg of smuggled gold worth about ₹475 crore during the first nine months of 2026.
