201 Cheque Bounce Cases Settled in Pune Lok Adalat
In Pune, a special court meeting called a Lok Adalat helped people who had problems with bounced cheques.
201 people agreed to settle their disputes instead of going to a long trial.
The total money involved was about 5.66 crore rupees, and the settlements added up to about 5.75 crore rupees.
The court handled 3,742 cases that were waiting, but only 201 were settled this time.
A new Lok Adalat will happen on November 21, 2026, for more people who need help with bounced cheques.
