Rahul Gandhi, Madhya Pradesh Scooty Programme Set For September 19
Rahul Gandhi plans to meet young people in Indore on September 19.
His programme is called Chhatron ki Goonj.
On the same day, the Madhya Pradesh government will hold a student programme in Bhopal.
The government will help meritorious Class 12 students buy scooters.
