Klook Launches Global Search for Underappreciated Travel Planners
Klook is a company that helps people plan trips.
It noticed that in most friend groups, one person usually does all the travel planning.
That person makes the spreadsheet, answers lots of questions, and picks where everyone goes.
Klook's survey showed that many people never say thank you for this hard work.
In fact, more than 8 out of 10 planners spend over 10 hours planning a single trip.
Klook wants to say a big thank you to these hard-working planners.
So it is looking for five travel planners from all over the world.
The winners will get a free 7-day trip to Switzerland in December 2026.
Their only job is to show up and enjoy the holiday.
People can nominate a planner in their life, or even nominate themselves.
Klook is running a global search to find five underappreciated travel planners who deserve a fully-planned getaway.
Winners will receive a 7-day hosted trip to Switzerland in December 2026, where their only job is to show up.
A Klook survey of 2,725 travelers across 10 markets found travel planning ranks among the least-thanked tasks people do for others.
More than 8 in 10 planners say they spend over 10 hours organising a single group trip, work they estimate is worth over US$50 an hour.
Nominations, including self-nominations, are open from 10 to 31 August 2026, with bonus points for uploading a 60-second video.
