Rishikesh protest demands action against alleged 'Ranga-Billa' extortion

Some people in a city called Rishikesh were very upset.

The protest was led by a man named Jagjit Singh, who is also called Jagga.

The protesters want the police to investigate fairly, register a case, and arrest the two men.

They also said Jagga got in trouble with the police for speaking out, while the accused duo faced no action.

A police officer said the police are looking into the complaints fairly and will take action if anyone is found guilty.
