They discussed a war that has been going on for more than four years in Ukraine.

India has said that countries should talk calmly instead of fighting.

Ukraine's leader talked about his recent visit to the United States.

Ukraine wants peace and has asked India to help bring it.

The war has also made fuel, food, and fertiliser more expensive in many parts of the world.

Both countries agreed to keep talking to each other.
