Aymann, Manasa and Kayomarz Win Telangana Shooting Titles
A shooting competition was held in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Shooters competed in different events based on age, gender and rifle type.
Aymann Muskaan Pathan won the Junior Women’s title.
Keesara Manasa won the Women’s title.
Kayomarz Ichhaporia won the Men’s title.
Other winners included Gurjyotsingh Amolaksingh Galliwale and Shaik Baba Aman Shah.
Mohammed Ashraf Ganyani won a silver medal in a 300-metre rifle event.
Former police chief Anjani Kumar also won a bronze medal.
Shooters said training, discipline and determination helped them succeed.
Aymann Muskaan Pathan, Keesara Manasa and Kayomarz Ichhaporia won the Junior Women’s, Women’s and Men’s titles at the 2nd Telangana Super Big Bore Open Shooting Competition.
The competition was held at the OCTOPUS Shooting Range in Ibrahimpatnam, Hyderabad, with athletes from states, districts and institutions across India.
Aymann scored 98/300, Manasa 93/300 and Kayomarz 94/300 in the telescope or optic-sight rifle event up to and below 8mm calibre.
Gurjyotsingh Amolaksingh Galliwale and Shaik Baba Aman Shah won the junior men’s and men’s 300m Rifle Prone titles at the Deccan Elite Open Big Bore Grand Prix.
Mohammed Ashraf Ganyani won silver in the Grand Prix’s 300m Rifle Prone Men event, while former Telangana DGP Anjani Kumar won bronze in a veteran rifle category.
