Supreme Court Grants Conditional Bail to Chaubey in Land Scam
Vinay Kumar Chaubey is a former senior officer in Jharkhand who was jailed for more than a year because of a land scam.
The Supreme Court decided to let him out of jail, but only if he follows strict rules.
He must not leave the country without permission, must help the investigation, and must not talk to witnesses.
He is also accused in a separate liquor scam, but he got bail in that case.

The Anti‑Corruption Bureau is investigating both the land and liquor scam cases involving Chaubey.
