Telangana is working with the International Baccalaureate Organisation to help some government schools connect with international education.

The plan is called a Letter of Intent.

It will include 50 Telangana schools, along with Mrel Schools.

Students aged 13 to 17 in Classes IX and XI can join Generation Global activities.

These activities use online resources and guided discussions.

Teachers in 20 schools will receive a six-part professional learning course.

The course includes reflection activities for use in schools.

The International Baccalaureate Organisation will provide the agreed support without charging programme or participation fees to the Government during the first phase.

The goal is to help students and teachers learn about global viewpoints and dialogue.
