Ahmedabad to Host Second Commonwealth Cue Sports Championships
Ahmedabad will host a major cue sports tournament from October 7-10.
Players from nearly 46 countries are expected to take part.
They will compete in five games: billiards, snooker, heyball, 10-ball pool and blackball.
Both men and women will have competitions.
India will send 13 players, including six men and seven women.
Some Indian players received direct places because of their recent results.
The tournament is part of the Billiards and Snooker Federation of India’s centenary celebrations.
India will also host another world snooker championship in Indore later in the year.
