BJP Pledges Action to Address Sabarimala Pilgrims’ Problems
BJP leaders held a meeting in Vijayawada about problems faced by people visiting Sabarimala.
Ayyappa Guruswamis said some pilgrims become helpless when they fall ill because medical help is not enough.
They also raised concerns about drinking water and prasadam.
PVN Madhav said governments should work together to improve the pilgrimage.
He wants a plan ready before the next pilgrimage season.
The plan could include better medical care, food, housing, transport and information centres.
He also wants more trains from the Telugu States to Sabarimala.
BJP leaders said the facilities along the Pamba-Nilakkal-Sannidhanam route should be strengthened.
