ISRO Advanced Radar Centre Planned for Assam Under NETRA
ISRO plans to build an advanced radar research centre in Chandrapur, Assam.
The centre will be part of Project NETRA.
Its job will be to help track objects moving in space.
This could help protect important satellites and other space equipment.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said the centre is an important milestone for the state.
