India Voices Concern Over Protests, Casualties In Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir
There is a place called Kashmir that is high up in the mountains.
Two countries, India and Pakistan, both say Kashmir belongs to them.
Right now, part of Kashmir is controlled by Pakistan.
People there are protesting, and some have been hurt or have died.
India says Pakistan's soldiers have been too harsh with the protesters.
An Indian government spokesperson named Randhir Jaiswal spoke about this.
He said the people living there are sad and scared and deserve kindness and help from the whole world.
India has always said that the whole region of Kashmir belongs to India.
India wants other countries to watch what is happening in Kashmir.
India also says Pakistan helps people who cause trouble in India.
India reiterated its concern over the situation in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), citing ongoing protests and reported deaths and injuries.

India said the people of PoK deserve sympathy and solidarity from the international community.
India repeated its criticism of what it calls human rights violations and crackdowns on civilians in Pakistan-administered Kashmir.
India reiterated its position that the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, including areas under Pakistan's control, are an integral part of India.
