Madhya Pradesh AYUSH Admissions Open Over 3,000 Seats
Madhya Pradesh is preparing to admit students to AYUSH medical colleges for the 2026-27 academic year.
More than 3,000 seats are available in 41 colleges.
Students can study Ayurveda, Homoeopathy or Unani medicine.
Some seats will be filled through the All India Quota on September 28 and 29.
Other seats under the State Quota will be allotted using a revised merit list.
Students must bring their documents to a government Ayurveda college in Bhopal for verification.
An AYUSH association spokesperson warned that banks will be closed during part of the admission period.
This could make it harder for students to pay admission fees.
Admissions for the 2026-27 session will cover more than 3,000 AYUSH seats across 41 colleges in Madhya Pradesh.
The first-round 15% All India Quota counselling is scheduled for September 28-29 for qualified AYUSH-NEET candidates.
Admissions will be offered in Ayurveda, Homoeopathy and Unani colleges under merit-based counselling.
Candidates must complete document verification at Pt. Khushilal Sharma Government Ayurveda College in Bhopal before joining their allotted colleges.
The AYUSH Medical Association has raised concerns that bank closures from September 28-30 could disrupt fee payments.
