Workers were trapped under the rubble.

Two tile workers from Madhya Pradesh died, and two others were injured.

The dead workers were named Umesh Khare and Mohpal Bhalavi.

Police arrested or detained the building owner, Syed Sajid, at Shamshabad Airport.

Police said he was allegedly trying to leave the country.

They also said the building may not have had the required municipal permissions.

Police are still looking for contractor Khaja Moinuddin and investigating what caused the collapse.
