Odisha witnessing reverse migration, says Chief Minister Majhi
In India, there is a state called Odisha where many people left to find work far away.
Now, the leader of Odisha, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, says people are coming back home.
He says this is because more jobs are opening up in Odisha.
Factories and industries are growing, and the government is hiring lots of workers.
The Chief Minister gave appointment letters to 1,326 new government workers at an event called the Nijukti Mela.
He said that since July 2024, the Odisha government has given jobs to more than 45,000 young people.
Many others got jobs in private companies too.
One woman returned from Tirupur to work in a clothes-making factory in Odisha.
Some technical workers came back to help build drones.
The Chief Minister told the new workers to be honest and serve the people.

He distributed appointment letters to 1,326 candidates at the 'Nijukti Mela' for posts across nine state government departments.
Since July 2024, the Odisha government has provided jobs to 45,408 youths and about 40,000 private sector employment opportunities.
Returnees include a woman from Salipur who came back from Tirupur to work in an apparel unit and technical staff joining a drone-making unit.
Majhi urged new recruits to stay corruption-free and make 'seva' (service) their goal.
