Telegraph School Awards Mark 31 Years of Changing Lives
The Telegraph School Awards have been helping students for 31 years.
The awards celebrate many kinds of achievement, not only high marks.
More than 1,000 students will receive recognition this year.
They come from schools that are very different in size and resources.
Each student gets an equal chance to stand on the stage.

The Telegraph School Awards for Excellence 2026 will hold its final ceremony at Dhono Dhanyo Auditorium on Saturday.
The Telegraph Education Foundation will distribute nearly ₹60 lakh in scholarships in 2026, compared with about ₹50,000 at the awards’ beginning.
More than 1,000 students from schools across Bengal will be recognised in 20 categories.
The awards have reached more than 50,000 students over three decades and include teachers, parents, support staff and school heads.
The programme promotes equality and mutual learning, inspiring some schools to recognise social work, parents and service staff in their own ceremonies.
