Mahindra Reveals Scorpio Lifestyler Pickup for India with 2027 Launch
Mahindra, a car company in India, has revealed a brand-new pickup truck.
A pickup truck has an open back that you can use to carry things.
The new truck is called the Scorpio Lifestyler.
It is based on a concept car, the Global Pik Up, that was first shown in South Africa in 2023.
This new truck shares its strong base with another Mahindra vehicle called the Scorpio N. Mahindra will also sell special versions of the truck called Reef, Trail and Valley.
People in India will be able to buy the truck by April 2027.
The price will start at less than 19.79 lakh rupees.
Some important details, like the engine, are still being kept secret for now.
Mahindra has revealed its new midsize lifestyle pickup, named the Scorpio Lifestyler for India.
The pickup is based on the Global Pik Up concept first shown in South Africa in 2023.
It shares its body-on-frame chassis with the Scorpio N SUV.
The India launch is scheduled by April 2027, with prices starting below Rs 19.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
Three special editions — Reef, Trail and Valley — will be sold alongside it, while India-spec powertrain details remain undisclosed.
