Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann hands appointment letters to 866 youths

The Chief Minister of Punjab, a state in India, gave out 866 special job letters at a big event.

These letters mean the young people now have government jobs, like working in hospitals.

Many of the new workers will be nurses who take care of sick people.

The Chief Minister said jobs are now given to people who work hard and study well.

He said in the past, some people got jobs by paying money or knowing important people.

Now, he says, only the most talented people get chosen.

He also said fewer young people are leaving Punjab to live in other countries.

That is because they trust the system and can find good jobs at home.

He told everyone that 882 students from government schools passed a big medical test called NEET.

He believes Punjab's schools are now the best in the whole country.
