Har Ghar Tiranga rally held in Khanapur ahead of Independence Day
People in a town called Khanapur in India gathered for a special event called the Har Ghar Tiranga rally.
"Har Ghar Tiranga" means "a flag in every home."
The rally happened because India's Independence Day is coming soon.
On Independence Day, India celebrates the day it became free.
A leader named Ritesh Rathod spoke at the rally.
He told people to remember the brave freedom fighters who helped India become free.
He also asked everyone to put up the Indian flag at their homes.
He said people should do this together, no matter which political party they like.
Hundreds of students joined the rally to show their love for the country.
A large-scale Har Ghar Tiranga rally was held in Khanapur town of Nirmal district on Wednesday.
The rally was led by BJP District President Ritesh Rathod with the participation of hundreds of students.
Municipality Chairperson Ankam Mounika Mahender and Mandal MEO Sandhya Rani flagged off the rally.
Rathod called upon people to remember the sacrifices of freedom fighters.
He urged citizens and youth to hoist the Tricolour at every home on Independence Day, rising above political affiliations.
