Rohit Singh and Garima Sachan paid most of the money for a shop in Gurgaon.

They bought the shop in a project called Raheja Trinity.

The builder promised to finish it by January 2024.

When the couple visited later, the site was still largely unfinished.

They complained to the real estate regulator.

The regulator said buyers could leave a stalled project and get their money back.

It ordered the builder to return about Rs 50.5 lakh with interest.

The couple said they will feel relieved only after receiving the money.
