TG-RERA Orders Registration of 24 Jaya Diamonds Flats

TG-RERA ordered registration of 24 Jaya Diamonds flats for their respective owners after verifying title and identity details.
The stalled project is located in Nizampet Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad, and was allegedly defaulted on by Jayathri Infrastructures India Private Limited.
The Jaya Diamonds Welfare Association was permitted on February 25, 2026, to take over and complete the project under Section 8 of the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act, 2016.
The project must be completed within 24 months, with an additional three-month grace period from possession handover.
The promoter must execute and register the specified sale deeds within 60 days and submit a compliance report on August 26, 2026.
