FASTag Annual Pass Crosses One Crore Issuances Since Launch

The government has issued more than one crore FASTag annual passes.

The pass is for non-commercial vehicles with a valid FASTag.

It costs Rs.

3,075 as a one-time payment.

It can be used for one year or 200 toll crossings.

The pass works at nearly 1,150 national highway and expressway toll plazas.

It becomes active within two hours after payment.

Drivers can buy it through the Rajmargyatra app or the National Highways Authority of India website.

It does not cover tolls at plazas run by state governments or local bodies.

The government says the pass makes highway travel easier and less expensive for frequent users.
