First Flight Becomes Tarmac Protest Over SpiceJet Delay

but was delayed for about three hours.
Passengers said they received few updates while waiting.
After boarding, they said the airplane was very hot because the air conditioning was not working.
Kazi left the airplane and sat on the airport tarmac to protest.
The flight later took off at 1:24 a.m.
and arrived in Mumbai at 3:02 a.m.
Kazi said airlines should provide safe, comfortable, timely, and accountable service.

Passengers allegedly waited inside the aircraft without functioning air conditioning after boarding.
Kazi disembarked and staged a peaceful sit-in on the Delhi airport tarmac.
The flight reportedly departed at 1:24 a.m. and reached Mumbai at 3:02 a.m.
SpiceJet recorded 34.6% on-time performance and an 8.58% cancellation rate in July, according to the report.
