Goa has opened its first community radio station, called Radio Mandovi.

It is located in Moira and will start broadcasting on Sunday.

The station wants local people to share their ideas and voices.

It will also help spread education and useful information.

The PACT Foundation started the station.

The foundation also introduced a programme called Goa Futures Ready.

This programme will help students understand which careers may suit them.

Bhumi Pednekar said every child should have the chance to learn and follow their dreams.
